I’d like to state that Sidney of Road Angel Towing Service was a very professional and helpful person. I broke down in a very busy Sam’s parking lot, and Sidney displayed much patience while in the process of getting my Durango hooked up for towing. He also showed up about 4/5 minutes after I called and wasted no time in getting me moved.

We used this service twice recently for a car that had the transmission go out. Both times, he arrived quickly, was very friendly, affordable, and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

This tow service was first class. They answer your call immediately and have someone on the way by the end of the call. They are very knowledgeable about what’s going on as well. Sidney our tower has run an auto mechanic shop for a while and was a great help in providing me with the knowledge I needed to tell the shop so I didn’t get walked all over. I will be calling for Sidney next time I need help.

Sidney is amazing!! My car broke down on the highway near the outlet mall in Castle Rock in a pretty dangerous spot/a few people almost hit me multiple times. Not only did Sidney get my car to a safe place, but because of his extensive knowledge and experience with vehicle's, he actually helped diagnosis my vehicle in the process of towing me! He is so kind and genuine, and I saved over $1,200 in repairs because of Sidney's help and knowledge! He really is an Angel :)

Road Angel Towing Service provides fantastic service. Very positive customer service, on the scene in 15 minutes, safely loaded our large excursion, and the price was incredibly reasonable. I would highly recommend!
